Of course the procedural side of project management always has to be fulfilled, like scheduling, budget controls, change management, QA/QC management, information streams and organizational matters.

But basically every succes is related to the team. Therefore maximum attention is paid to the selection of the team members. Making sure that everyones strengths are used to it’s maximum, so that the total sum is more than the individual parts.
